Why Should We Take Advantages of Christmas Deals
-
As we approach the end of 2023, the only holiday shopping opportunity is Christmas. How does the level of discounts during Christmas compare to other holidays and shopping events throughout the year?
-
Based on the data, we found that Christmas discounts are slightly behind those of Black Friday, with a probability of a 50%+ discount reaching as high as 34.2%, meaning those who haven’t done their Christmas shopping yet could be in for bumper savings.
-
Many retailers begin slashing the prices of Christmas-related items right before Christmas and after the holiday is over in an effort to move stock that most people won’t be buying anymore. This could see hefty deals on Christmas decorations and other related items through late December and January.
-
Therefore, we should seize the opportunity of the final holiday shopping season during Christmas and joyfully welcome the new year.
Which Category Has the Greatest Discount - Christmas Ornaments
-
To predict the intensity of Christmas discounts in 2023, we analyzed exclusive Christmas coupons distributed by 11,000 merchants in December 2022.
-
Our findings show that in December 2022, Department Stores had the highest discount, with a 56% probability of a 50%+ off discount. Followed by Home Decoration at 47%. This means we may see similar levels of discount on these products this year if the trend continues.
